• Pool Access Guidelines
– Guests must reserve a preferred time slot in advance and enter on a first-come, first-served basis within that session.
– During your stay, pool access is limited to one session per night.
– Pre-assigned seating is not available.
– Time slot reservations can be made via email([email protected]) prior to your stay.
– If not reserved in advance, your session will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at check-in.

• Outdoor Pool Guidelines
– Hotel guests are allowed one-time pool access per night of stay.
– One seating option is provided per group (first-come, first-served basis; choose one of the following)
Option A: 2 sunbeds + side table + parasol
Option B: Parasol table + 4 chairs
– Aqua shoes are recommended, and arm tubes are allowed.
– Flippers and large inflatables are not permitted.
– Waterproof diapers are required for infants and toddlers.
– Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except for bottled water and baby food.
– Last order for food & beverages: 8:00 PM
– Operation may be suspended due to weather conditions.
